Market set to Rise
The Market will likely rise in the near term based on the affirmation of the bond insurers ratings. Despite the fact that the whole ratings sytem is humorous at best, the market likes these things and a major risk has just been removed from the market. That being said the economy is really shaky and tech stocks are on thin ice.
